Western mentality

Today, I was thinking about east and west. 1 of the developed countries in the world is Japan. Yet how many japanesse are leading world organizations? based on their expertise?
Leave out Ban Ki Moon. First of all he is a korean, secondly he was selected to be general secretary of UN due to politic reasons. So he does not qualify.
No matter how much experience an asian has,the westerners thinks that they are much better than us asians. Trust me I been in this situations so many times that i've been discriminated just because I am an asian.

I can give numerous examples but  I will give you the most recent one. I've been involved in emergencies actively for the last 3 years close to 4 years. I have field experience I have hands on experience and than there is a person exceptionally  good in writing documents. Lets say also good in formulating trainings  Now, we both are sent for a training/workshop and in this workshop apparently the person who has no emergency experience will be a facilitator and me as participant and the best part is  I am being evaluated based on what I say and on my  inputs. and the other person will be in the central position to assist me if I ran in to problems.

You be the judge and tell me this. Who has the experience in emergency and who should be the facilitator and participant.

If you come to the same conclusion as me than FUCK theses westerner  Asians are as good or even better than westerners if not do enlighten me why Asians are less competent than the westerners.

Malaysian Indian's Mentality

I always believed to some extend that Malaysian Indian's mentality still backward by 2 generations. I am not saying all of them but majority of them are.

There are many things that I can list down as an example but it would be too sensitive to talk simply because these ethnic group is very much emotionaly sensitive people.

A human being is not completely smart if they have just high IQ they should also have high EQ or EI.

Emotional intelligence (EI) describes the ability, capacity, skill or, in the case of the trait EI model, a self-perceived grand ability to identify, assess, manage and control the emotions of one's self, of others, and of groups.[1]
Wikipedia

The reason I am talking about this is because, today I was reading thorough Raja Petra's Article called Dear Syed Akbar. you can read it here http://malaysia-today.net/mtcolumns/no-holds-barred/34657-dear-syed-akbar-ali

He said this about Indians in that article "The Indians appeal to God every day but God Samy Vellu just enriches himself, his friends and his family and ignores the Indian community. But the Indians do not appear to see that God helps those who help themselves. You can’t expect others to help you. If India maintained that same level of thinking as the Malaysian Indians then India would probably still be a British colony until today."

I must say that I agree with RPK. Malaysian Indian's must stop bickering and start thinking about their future. A true Hindu would understand that GOD will not help those do not help themselves. Its written in the holly books. Understand the religion properly.

First they should stop building temples in every corner of the street. Next the bigger temple committee members should be united. I can bet 100% that ll these bigger temple committee members are not united. That is our biggest problem. Indians Can't be united under 1 roof. Once this is achieved ( I am being optimistic here) use these temples as foundation to teach PROPER way of understanding the religion to younger generation. This place of worship should be only dedicated to religion it should not be mixed with politics. Hinduism is very interesting Religion. It has all the tools for a person to survive this world and on to next. I am not comparing and I am not preaching, All am saying is Know your religion well.

If you put 5 Malaysian Indians in a room after 5 days you will find all of them dead. if you put 5 chinese in a room after 5 days you will find they would have come up with an idea that can convince you so well you would want to be their business partner. This is reality.

Malaysia has all the ingredients to be a failed state

First its body snatching and now position and chair snatching. It is true, and I have said this many times. Malaysia has all the ingredients to be a failed state.

I am just disgusted the way things have been happening in Perak. This is a virus . I am almost certain, this will happen again in the rest of 4 states held by the opposition.

People, “ the rakyat” should be the one deciding who should represent them selves but unfortunately I don’t think this going to happen in Perak at this moment.

The ruling government is pushing democracy to a corner. The government should for see that if they push so much the next worst thing could happen is the movement could go underground. Then it is guerilla warfare.

Patmanathan the animal

Conversion dispute: Back to square one for Indira
By CLARA CHOOI
IPOH: A High Court here has temporarily held back an earlier decision made by a separate court giving interim custody of three children to their mother M. Indira Gandhi.
Justice Wan Afrah Wan Ibrahim Tuesday granted an ad-interim stay on the order pending the court’s decision this May 14 on the contempt proceeding initiated by Indira Gandhi’s lawyers against her husband, K. Patmanathan.
Her counsel Augustine Anthony said the proceeding was raised as Patmanathan had failed to comply with the previous court order by refusing to surrender his youngest daughter, one-year-old Prasana Diksa, to his wife.
The matter, heard in chambers, was raised as a preliminary objection in the hearing of Patmanathan’s application to set aside the custody order.
Patmanathan, who was not present but was represented by counsel Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdullah, had also applied to the court for a stay of execution on the order.
Augustine said Justice Wan Afrah had set May 14 to decide on the contempt proceeding before hearing both of Patmanathan’s applications.
Until then, the situation will remain status quo, he told reporters outside the courtroom.
Meanwhile, Mohamed Haniff told reporters that during his submission on the contempt proceeding, he had told Justice Wan Afrah that Patmanathan had not committed contempt of court for the latter had already been given custody of his children.
He said that Patmanathan, a Muslim convert now known as Mohd Ridzuan Abdullah, had been granted custody by the Syariah Court on April 8.
Therefore the argument here now is which custody order should prevail -- the one by the High Court or the Syariah Court.
If Mohd Ridzuan complied with the High Court order, he would be in contempt of the Syariah Court order, he said.
On April 24, High Court judicial commissioner Ridwan Ibrahim granted interim custody of Tevi Darsiny, 12, Karan Dinish, 11, and Prasana to Indira Gandhi.
Despite this, the 34-year-old Indira, who is currently staying with her two older children, had been unable to locate her husband to retrieve her youngest child.
She has since been seeking help from the police and the public, by distributing some 5,000 posters of her husband and Prasana across the state.

Patmanathan f*%$#. You will definitely go thru the pain your child's mother is going thru. You can covert to any religion you like for all I care but separating a breast feeding child from her mother is worst then a animal thing to do. Patmanathan bastard, do you know how much it hurts literaly if a breast feeding mother cant feed her child. How would an animal like you would know that.

Patmanathan hear this you idiot. If I find you, rest assure you are going to hell. If I cant then , I offer RM10,000 for whoever finds this animal up to the point Indira sees her daughter.

I will deal with law later. As an animal you need to be treated as one. Therefore, ( machan bulps.. uneke sange tan,) That is some heart felt cursing in tamil.

my offer stays. RM 10k whoever returns Indira's breast feeding baby to her.

Reliving Gandhi's experience

I have not posted antything here for the last a month or so . This simply because I have been transfered from Sudan to another country. I am still trying to settle down and during the course below is what happened.

Today 19th January 2009, marked my life. I have been very naïve about the world and now my eyes are open

After 61 years Gandhi's passing, today I experienced what he went thru during his train ride in Africa.

I was denied a car simply because of my skin color and this happened not in Africa but in Asia.

There are still people in this world who claim living in civilized society but yet still thinking like a cave man. These are wolfs covered with human skin.

Be careful of these wolfs.

It’s Jungle out there.

I just came back from Rome after 2 days meeting. This meeting is about getting to know all of my colleagues in the same field that I am who are scattered around the world.

It was a nice trip but I failed to bond with the others. As I look back now, I think I did not bond because I saw a room of politicians. A room full of hypocrites. Everyone was after their own benefit ( “ Arent we all” would be the answer but at what cost?). Gossiping, back stabbing. Oh gosh you name it everything was happening.

Yet no one will agree that was happening. In turn, if I voice this, that would be end of my career. “One less competitor” for them.

It’s a jungle out there and I wonder what kind of tool I should give my son to survive in this world.

Having said the above I must admit there were some good souls as well.

. Men has reached moon but he is yet to understand women

They say God created humans from his image, Now the question is, GOD is male or female?
Because we humans never could understand this species called Human. Both men and women totally opposite sex but yet they fit together in some odd way.

Thousands of book has been written and still being written about this human relationship. Men has reached moon but he is yet to understand women.
Why men act as they act? Why woman act as they act? They say all the good men has been taken. I just could not agree to this statement. IF all men are taken then why still there are better part of this world getting united in a holy matrimony between men and women? Maybe the natures answer to the question would be same sex marriage. Is this we call evolution?

Any Wizards out there got any Solution?

Coffee Shop Economy talk

Me and my friend mike had a very good debate about Economy the other day.

Below is the actuall transcript of that chat:

PM: mike i just had this weird idea
what is the population of malaysia?
27 million?
mike: i think it's around there
indians r 2M
PM: what is Petronas income per annum?
i think 80 billion no?
Mike: yup
PM: you and I are malaysians right?
Mike: i'm not sure abt that ..
PM: hahahaha
Mike: but thats what our IC says
we r penumpang (temporary citizens)
thats the latest title
PM: anyway.... what is wrong in malaysia giving each malaysian 1 million
out 80 billion
Mike: then what ?
petronas close shop ?
every one is rich .. no body wana work ...
PM: how much they loose..... 27 million only compared to billions of ringgit poured into abandoned projects
Mike: abandoned project money only goes to certain families
PM: aha there is where ppl come in... it is 1 time pay off
if you survive then you survive if not then you work
Mike: no lah .. ... come to reality
PM: why not?
Mike: not practical
PM: why not?
Mike: if u r given such a huge amt money .. u will be lazy ..
or u will called as a malay
u r future generation will be useless ..
PM: well think abt it everybody benefits from it
even the malays will support this idea
Mike: maybe become drug addicts ..
no body will do any kind of job.. u need to get foreign workers in to the country
to do the odd job ..
soon they will start to rob u .. when u r alone
PM: i doubt that .....
Mike: crime rate will go up !!!
PM: if every 1 is rich why should i rob you?
Mike: ppl will be gambling every day
thats where u not looking on a wider scope
if every one is rich .. who is gona do DBKL job ?
Tenaga's job?
PM: I do understand the wider scope...am looking at the glass half full you are looking at it as half empty that is the difference
Mike: u wana work as GRO ?
PM: well that means the capitalist market is all wrong
Mike: indons .. bangla .. flipinas will take over the job ..
it will become like vegas ..
PM: because the current system makes rich ppl richer the poor ppl poorer
Mike: its evolution
PM: evolution?
Mike: yeh ....
when everone is rich ... again some party will become poor .. n some will be extra rich
PM: yeh true
Mike: the mil .. becomes bill ..
PM: but life quality will be upgraded
Mike: u should play 'Tycoon' in facebook
PM: no more squatters
Mike: u think ?
PM: yes i seriously think so
Mike: where will the banglas .. indons will stay ?
PM: banglas and indons kick them off
Mike: then who will clean u r streets ?
collect u r rubbish ?
PM: more job opportunities for the locals
Mike: remember every one is rich now
but u have given them 1M
PM: yes rich is in what sense... we are richer now by comparison to our forefathers but does that mean we are millionaires.... no
it is merely to induce local economy and to increase life quality
Mike: wait .. u r changing the subject now
PM: hahahah
Mike: 1) u gave 1M to every one
PM: yes
Mike: 2) means every body's bank a/c got 1M
PM: yes
Mike: 3) with 1M in the bank account .. u offer him a job to collect rubish n wash toilet ?
PM: aha am not offering job
Mike: wait...
let me rephrase the sentence
PM: this is a good topic
Mike: with 1M in every M'sians bank account ..
PM: yes
Mike: who will clean the roads ?
PM: ok with 1 million in your acount ... would you quit your job?
Mike: if i'm washing toilers... hell yes
PM: why you would quit the job?
Mike: if u r in war tone country .. feeding refuges .. i think u wana quit as well
PM: nope i would not definitely i would not quit
Mike: why i would quit a job ? cauz i dowan to wash toilet for living..
PM: ok good....how long do you think your 1mill will last?
Mike: if u r smart .. u can multiply it ..
else .. u will gamble ..loose all the money ...
PM: remember you are toilet cleaner
Mike: one u loose it u will go to u r friend n borrow his 500K
u will gamble .. n loose it also ..
then the guy takes a knife n kill's him
he will go to jail ..
the remaining 500K ,, need to be bribe to the police n lawyers ..
bring the guy out ...
so the money has caused .. ppl to gamble .. kill ... bribe .. etc
in one year ..time (after giving out the 1M)
the country will be in KO's
PM: yeah but that is already happening now it is not something new
Mike: it will speed up the process
10 years of evolution will become 1 year
PM: the good part is the genuinely smart ppl will better off and it will induce the country economy
Mike: greed will increase ...
greed
PM: ppl will have more purchasing power
Mike: for a very short period
Exponential growth is bad for economy
it's a bubble
PM: yeah b ut it will boost the economy some sort of stimulation package
Mike: The bubbles will bust
cauz ppl like soros will jump in
market will be floating in a bubble
PM: we have measure for that in place
Mike: when he puls out ... every one dies
PM: Anadha krishan pulled out of bursa why?
Mike: he only pulled out Maxis shares
PM: because malaysian market is not what it seems
with ppl having purchasing power the market will boom
Mike: cauz Malaysian market is not matured for telco business
look at teressa kok
she was captured under ISA
PM: huh? mike that is totally 2 different thing
Mike: the china man community warned the gov
the market will down 20% ... each day
they released her on sat
cauz the market is controled by cina man .... not Ananda Krishnan
PM: in the case of teresa kok... the market is still going down
PM: and i beg to differ also on the issue of china man controlling the market..that is not what the intan or something like that report stated...remember the chinaman quit

It was a good Idea, Good Debate but end of the day it was just a coffee shop talk.

Big trouble in Little India: MIC vs Pakatan
By CHRISTINA KOH

IPOH: The city’s “Little India” is shaping out to be the scene of a battle for two political parties fighting for the right to hold their own grand Deepavali celebration.

One group is led by Perak executive councillor A. Sivanesan from Pakatan Rakyat, who is crossing swords with an equally determined Perak MIC chairman Datuk G. Rajoo over the matter.

Sivanesan, who is also state Health, Environment and Human Resource Committee chairman, said the state government had as of Monday rejected Rajoo’s application to hold the celebration at Little India.

Sivanesan said this was because Pakatan planned to have its own festival there with the feedback and participation of local hawkers, businessmen and organisations.

“In the past, Ipoh Barat MIC has never involved the public when the party organises the celebration. We’ve received complaints from the traders of Little India,” he claimed.

“This time however, the community will themselves decide with Pakatan how the celebration should be done,” he told reporters at the State Secretariat here on Monday.

Sivanesan also accused the MIC of having previous Deepavali celebrations to profit from the festival, such as through the sale of trading lots.

“But we (Pakatan) are not doing it to make money. As a veteran politician, Rajoo should understand that the final decision is in the hands of the state executive council,” he said.

“The council officers are mere civil servants who should take instruction from the state and perform accordingly,” he added.

A defiant Rajoo said Ipoh Barat MIC would carry on preparations for the Deepavali celebration, which it had been doing for the past 16 years.

Rajoo said the party had already received approval in May from the Ipoh City Council to have the week-long celebration in Little India.

“We paid RM2,600 (for the security deposit) and we were issued an official receipt. We’ve even received payment for 83 stalls from traders.

“Now all of a sudden, Sivanesan wants to have the celebration in the same place which is very unfair. We are not doing this illegally,” he said.

Rajoo argued that the council was an independent body and that Sivanesan should not have meddled in a lawfully approved event.

He also denied that the MIC never involved the public or held such events to make profit, adding that the party even subsidised the celebration so that the Indian traders and community could benefit.

“We are not money-minded. We are a non-profit body. We are running the celebration for the people,” he retorted.

***************************************

A person with common sense would definitely say that if this celebration is in the benefit of the people then, a politician who has peoples welfare in mind, would definitely back down. But here in the issue above, It seems like both parties are fighting for recognization.

Indians generally never been united since the great empire days of Shivaji, Raja Raja Cholan or Srivijayan so on so forth. Am not a scholar in histories but my common sense tells me that if these great Kings had reunited at the time of Genghis khan invasion in the north, then we wouldn't have the Baburs and the khans in India.

Not only that, They basically cant even get along among themselves simply because stupid caste believes.
Anyone who has read the holy books of hindu would understand that the caste system mentioned in the books are basically to divide people into categories so that easier to manage them by profession.

Since the caste system originated by profession then it should  stick to it. But along the way, some of the hindu's smart Alecs decided that Caste is a birth right hence so much of problems. Therefore i am convinced Indians would never unite.

Imagine what Indians could achieve if they could unite. They are educated, smart, resourceful and they have diversity of culture.

BN did it now Pakatan Doing it

UPDATE2: I Heard that the person instructed to demolish the Temple is now suspended pending investigation. Now this what we need Proactive goverment. Good Job Pakatan Keep it up.

UPDATE: One of the Dailies in Malaysia stated that the Temple committee decided to tear down the temple for fce lift. If that is true the I apologies to Pakatan but I have 2 questions.

1/ What the Heck the officers doing there if it was committee who decide to tear down? were they looking for part time job?

2/ Why no members of the committee came up to explain if it was truly their decision?

As far as i know, Once Hindu Temples constructed, it will take a lot rituals to move the temple especially if the Temple is very old Temple.

Dudes, wake up dont play with religion. Its dangerous man.

Temple demolition: ‘Officers acted against state directive’
By DHARMENDER SINGH, EDWARD RAJENDRA and A. LETCHUMANAN
KLANG: The Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) officers who tore down a Hindu temple had acted against a state government directive barring the destruction of places of worship.
State Local Government, Study and Research Committee chairman Ronnie Liu said the state government had issued an order asking all local councils to halt such actions against all places of worship.
It had issued the directive when it first came into power after the March 8 general election.
The Sri Maha Kaliamman temple in Kampung Tasik, Jalan Baru in Ampang was torn down on Sept 9.
These officers had openly defied the order, he said, and had also by-passed the committee on non-Muslim affairs headed by state executive councillors Teresa Kok, Dr Xavier Jayakumar and Liu himself.
“I contacted the council president a day after the incident and asked him investigate the matter and identify those involved.
“I was told he has submitted a preliminary report to my office but I have not read it since I am away in China now; it would be unfair for me comment further on the incident until I have done so,” he said when contacted on Thursday.
Liu had told a press conference a day after the incident that he was upset with the council officers’ move and warned they would face stern action, including being given the sack.
MIC President Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu also condemned the action, saying it went against the Opposition’s promise during the election campaign not to demolish any temples.
“It is very careless of the local council to demolish the temple without first relocating the temple,” he said in a statement.
After being informed of the demolition of the temple on Wednesday, Selangor MIC Youth chief M. Yogeswaran immediately lodged a report at the Ampang Jaya police station.
Human Resources Minister Datuk S. Subramaniam said the MIC was extremely disappointed with the Pakatan Rakyat state government and the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ).
“Our stand all along has been that if a temple needs to be relocated due to road expansion or some other major development, it can be relocated with the agreement that a new place of worship be built in an ideal area,” he said.

What a an eye opener, So this has nothing to do with political parties. It has a lot to do with DUMB mentality of these dumb idiot officers or is it?

Hindus, Budhhist, Taoist and Others ( as stated in their Mykards) Pack your bags and leave
This GOD Forsaken country. The moment One has no respect for another's religion, the moment one being fanatic about his/her religion and starts bitching about other religion, Then it is the moment to pack your bags and leave.

Leave the country for themselves and watch the fireworks from a far.I have only 1 sentence for Pakatan dont be another Pariah. keep up your to your promise.

This is interesting I would follow up in this issue and see where it leads. Now the status is " preminalary Report submitted". Ok lets see the next step.

916 Came and Went.

Another promise made, and broken. It seems for politicians, making promises are like giving out candies and poor layman has to live and strife on these words. When a promise is broken trust is also broken. As for that matter I never trusted politicians.

A lot of hope and trust were trashed on 16/9/2008. As I have written before, Annuar still cannot be trusted and he is still yet to prove he is worthy of those votes.

No doubt there have been a lot of changes taking place since the opposition took the 5 states ( according to my friends) but I am yet to see the ultimate change in the policies that will foster this nation’s building blocks of unity. In the last couple of months we have seen a dramatic increase in court cases. There are ample of examples just go and look in to Malaysian dailies.

Once in a while the ugliness creeps its head out and shows to the nation that it would take not 5 but another life time before we see real unity among races living in Malaysia.
The current government is still going ahead with its agenda despite public out cry. This shows that they don’t give rat’s a#$ about what you and I think. I still remember those old days where I could easily befriend and talk to any race in fact I HAD a number friends from the Major race but now, they have disappeared. Either they have become Ultra or just passive too scared to voice their grievance.

If the force behind the current government or anyone who wants to head this nation wants really to see the Unity among the racs, then they should start with fostering it in the Schools.
That is your cradle. But unfortunately nothing has been done to either to start working or shown any interest. There is a lot of talking about this though but am yet to see it materialize.

Take your time and visit the schools. Just stand there during the “Perhimpunan” and watch. You will understand what I mean. Good number of people in teaching profession also is not satisfied with the current system but what can they do? They are merely wage earners not decision makers. Every single step taken by the current government is showing that UNITY is not in their Agenda. They want to Divide and rule just like the British did 50 years ago. As long as the country is in chaos, someone is gaining from it.

Who is gaining? I leave it up to your imaginary.

Where is Malaysian Hindu Sangam Stand?

Let Teresa have her religious rights, say Christian leaders
PETALING JAYA: Christian leaders are appealing to the authorities to allow Selangor senior executive councillor Teresa Kok to practise her religious rights as a Catholic while in detention.
Bishop Dr Paul Tan Chee Ing said Kok should be allowed to pray with other Christians and attend Sunday mass as it was obligatory for all Catholics.
“She should also be allowed to see a priest to minister to her spiritual needs,” he said.
The Christian Federation of Malaysia chairman also hoped that Kok and the other Internal Security Act (ISA) detainee – Malaysia Today news portal editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin – be tried as soon as possible.
Council of Churches Malaysia general-secretary Reverend Dr Herman Shastri said messages had been sent to numerous churches to pray for those detained under ISA.

At least there is some other religious entity coming out and speaking for Teresa Kok's spritual welfare. Where were Malaysia hindu Sangam when 5 of our hindraf leadears were arrested under ISA ( Draconian law). Malaysian Hindu Sangam supposedly to represent Hindu's and guide them in obeserving Hindu religious activities but so far what I have seen and heard is they are good only to sell Karpurum( Camphor) during Thaipusam ( a religious festival for hindus). This is what I learnt from people because based on their society registration that is what exactly they are athorized to do. So in what athourity they can advice hindus on the do's and don'ts.
Leaders in Malaysia Hindu Sangam....Dont you have principles? dont you have Bhakti hell dont you have balls???

I call upon new breed of hindus who know the religion very well to register a new association that truly represents and guides Hindus in malaysia and boldly speaks about oppresion done against Hindus.

Hell, better still, screw everyone and force the goverment to accept the registration of HINDRAF as the ultimate entity that governs the Hindus practice of hinduism in Malaysia.

Ahmad didn’t mean it, says Abdullah

KEPALA BATAS: Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi will personally see to it that Bukit Bendera Umno chief Datuk Ahmad Ismail does not repeat his remarks about the Chinese community.
“I will tell him not to do it again. You know in a campaign all sorts of things can come up. I don’t think he meant it. I’ll make sure to tell him not to use it again,” the Prime Minister said after chairing the Bertam Umno division meeting yesterday.
Ahmad had allegedly called the Chinese pendatang (immigrants) and was also reported to have said that “as the Chinese were only immigrants it was impossible to achieve equal rights amongst races” during a ceramah in Permatang Pauh in Aug 25.
He had allegedly uttered the remarks in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

--------------------------------------------

Come On give me a break. Do this people really think Malaysian citizens have pea brains?
In the span of 3 months we already had 3 incidents involving public servants either uttering racial slur or calling them derogatory names. Worst still this last incident mentioned above was uttered in the presence of Deputy Prime minister. These are the people leading Malaysia at the moment. Imagine where Malaysia would it be by 2011.

And what these so called leaders call all these incidents " I am sure they did not mean it".What the F@#$ is this?

YOu as a leader should take prompt and swift action by smacking on these morons heads by saying " Gomen in Bapak engkau punya ke"( This Goverment is it your fathers?) and straight way strip their tittles and their jobs. Or suspend them until they publicly apologize to the people involved.
By doing this, in future your moron staffs will be more careful when dealing with people.

Dont we have any calibre leaders left in malaysia? Dont Suggest Anuar Ibrahim. He is yet to prove himself worthy of those votes.

Damn! Damn! Damn!....Sad Sad Sad.

How Come How Long, It's not Right , Its So wrong

How Come How Long, It's not Right , Its So wrong. Those are lyrics of Babyface's Song title and Chorus written by Stevie Wonder in 1997.

Today while I was flying, I was listening to this song from my Ipod. I did not even know I had this song. I guess, this song was written with a lady in mind but The Chorus caught my attention. Why? Because it expressed exactly my feelings towards my motherland, Malaysia with what these people are doing to her. It expressed exactly what I wish to tell to my fellow Malaysians.

Here is the Chorus.

How come, how long
Its not right, its so wrong
Do we let it just go on
Turn our backs and carry on
Wake up, for its too late
Right now, we cant wait
She wont have a second try
Open up your hearts
As well as your eyes

If anyone gets a chance to listen to this song, you will know exactly what I mean. But just before you listen to this song, make sure you know what’s going on in our political climate. I definitely would like one of my good friend to listen to this song. Then it would make sense. Wake up my fellow Malaysians.

Today my beloved country celebrates 51st Independence. Somehow rather I feel we are light years away from the true meaning of Independence. I feel so sad for my motherland my heart goes for her as my tears flow down remembering what she is going thru. With Heavy Heart I wish Happy Independence day MOM. I swear Sons of you would not let you cry no more. We will rise against all odds and save you from this suffering, save you from these scavengers.

Only question time is aired live, says Info Minister
By LEE YUK PENG
KUALA LUMPUR: The live telecast of Dewan Rakyat sitting is only to cover the first 30 minutes of question time, says Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek.
He said the live telecast also does not cover the doa (prayers) nor does it cover any announcement made by the speaker presiding the sitting.
“It starts with the first question listed for question time,” said Ahmad Shabery.
Explaining the reason why Permatang Pauh MP Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s swearing-in ceremony was not telecast live, Ahmad Shabery said there was also no live telecast for the swearing-in ceremony of the 222 MPs after the general election.
The live telecast of the Dewan Rakyat sitting started on April 30 which was the first day of question time while all MPs took their oath on April 28.
Ahmad Shabery also said there was nothing special about one MP swearing in.
“We want to devote the air time to question time,” he told reporters Thursday at the Parliament Lobby.
Ahmad Shabery also said such practice would continue should there be any by-election in the future.
He also said that even if the Barisan Nasional candidate were to win in a by-election, there would not be any live telecast for the swearing-in ceremony.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abd Aziz who is in charge of Parliament affairs, said: “Our agreement is to telecast only the question time and not other matters.
“It does not matter when the question time starts but we will only show the first 30 minutes of it,” he said.

We the Rakyat Demand you broadcast the full session of the parliment. You are there to decide whats best for us with the authority given to you by us. Now, with the same authority we demand you to broadcastthe full session as it involves our daily survival issues.

Politician who is more concern about the Seat then Peoples Problem

Thursday August 28, 2008 MYT 3:26:56 PM
‘Tsunami’ in the House
By ZULKIFLI ABD RAHMAN
KUALA LUMPUR: Former Opposition Leader Lim Kit Siang (DAP-Ipoh Timur) seemed to be energised by the return of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to Parliament when he was asking a supplementary question during question time on Thursday.
Lim stood up and congratulated him for returning to Parliament after an absence of 10 years.
"With the success of the second political tsunami in Permatang Pauh and the coming of the 'Titanic' next time ...," he said, while his voice was drowned out by Barisan Nasional backbenchers, who shouted at him not to waste time and told him to ask the relevant question.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz, who was replying to Lim about the issue of illegal immigrants in Sabah, stood up and immediately doused Lim's good mood.
"I admit there are things such as tsunamis or Titanic in politics, and that's why your seat has been blown to that side," he added to laughter from the Barisan backbenchers.
Nazri was referring to Lim's former seat at the first seat of the Opposition bench, which was designated as the Opposition Leader's seat.
Lim is now sitting four places away from his original seat, which he had occupied before the March general election.

I just dont have any words to describe the mentality of BN's MPs. What are these Pariahs doing in the parliment?
